Event Coordinators

Overview

Event Coordinators are the core to ACM's events! They deal with all of ACM's event logistics including booking rooms, managing TAP forms, and internally maintaining an organized logistics pipeline. This is a great way to get to know event planning at UCSD, build communication skills, and develop connections both within board and at the university. It's a role that works very closely with the Vice President Events as well, and without it, ACM would not be able to host any events.

Because this role requires baseline knowledge of how ACM operates internally, in order to apply to be an event coordinate you MUST be either a current diamond staff or board member.
