Vice President External
Overview
The Vice President External is in charge of ACM's image. They maintain and grow ACM's presence on campus and online through marketing and social media. The Vice President External is additionally responsible for doing anything that they can to ensure that ACM's brand is promoted.

Marketing Team
Subroles: Marketing Director, Public Relations, Graphic Designer, Content Creation Director
Overview
ACM's Marketing Team is in charge of ****the promotion of events via both digital and physical means. The team is led by a Marketing Director, who works with the VP External to determine strategy and expansion of ACM's Marketing endeavors. The Marketing Director also works with PR Directors to manage the Chapter's social media accounts and directs the Historian to take pictures at certain events.
- Marketing Directors works to coordinate the Chapter's overall branding and marketing direction, being able to bring a jack-of-all-trades quality to any facet of External, from writing newsletters, to curating ACM’s social media platforms alongside the Public Relations Directors. They are also responsible for managing the logistics postings of events across ACM’s discord, Portal, and Calendar.
- Public Relations Directors manage the Chapter’s social media accounts, and are responsible for creating short-form video content for the social media pages. They explore methods and ideas to enhance ACM’s social media connection and interaction with the community through various personable and member-centric posts and interactions. They communicate with Graphic Designers to post specialized and templated content on social media platforms as well.
- Graphic Designers collaborate to design and manage ACM’s digital media content. They establish brand guidelines and design systems, design ACM’s merchandise, and hone their graphic skills in a collaborative environment in order to elevate ACM’s marketing and social media presence.
- Historians capture ACM’s activity with picture and video. They manage ACM’s media archive and collaborate with Content Creation Directors to produce all types of content.
- Content Creation Directors produce and edit ACM's media content on a high-quality level. They are responsible for long-form videographic content, from trailers, montages, celebrations, and anything that comes to mind. They find ways to engage with the community and explore ideas to bring light to the social and technical parts of ACM. They connect with Historians to produce video ideas and carry out photoshoots.
