The Vice President Finance is in charge of ACM's finances. They approve all funding that comes from ACM's internal funds. The Vice President Finance is responsible for handling ACM's bank account and ensuring that the organization's internal funds are spent properly. Weekly meetings are led by the VP Finance to update everyone on the team of the current budget status and transactions that need to be fulfilled. The VP Finance’s role is dynamic, and it includes helping out with the tasks given to the funding managers and communications with ACM HQ. Reimbursements are given out by this role to board members that may have spent money out of pocket on behalf of ACM.
